TutorComp is looking for an enthusiastic Application Support Engineer to join our team. Please find the details as mentioned below:
Location: Info Park, Cochin
Requirements
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners, and -cellular devices.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Knowledge of managing network equipment’s & anti-virus programs.
- Remote troubleshooting for End-user issues (Software and Hardware).
- Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Experience – 6 months
Good communication skills in English.
Good time-management skills
The first 3 months will be as an intern with a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month. After 3 months, performance will be reviewed, and the role may be considered for a full-time position. Based on the performance review, the salary will be fixed.
