Job description:
- Location: Kuriyachira, Thrissur (Candidates who are residing in and around Thrissur are preferred)
- Experience: minimum 1 years (Freshers will be considered for intern)
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Gender: Male
Job Responsibilities
- · Executing work based on the GFC (Good For Construction) Drawing.
- · Work scheduling and reviewing the progress based on the schedule.
- · Quality control on day to day work.
- · Wastage control on day to day work.
- · Cost control on day to day work.
- · Arranging work front to the sub-contractors in advance.
- · Forecasting material requirement and intending materials based on the work schedule.
- · Ensuring site safety and taking precautions.
- · Preparing contractors weekly bill based on the actual work done.
- · Solving all site issues.
- · Preparing daily and weekly reports.
- · Meeting with site staff for receiving their day to day activity.
