A leading overseas educational consultant in India is looking for Student Relations Officer
- Location: Ravipram-Kochi
- Gender: Female
- Education: Degree (Any)
- Experience: Min 1 year experience as academic counsellor or similar role preferably from study abroad industry.
- Salary: 20k- 25k/month
- Interview mode: Face to face
- Immediate joiners or max 30 days NP candidates preferred.
- Age: Up to 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist students with inquiries about study abroad programs.
- Guide students through application and admission processes.
- Coordinate with universities and institutions for smooth processing.
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally.
- Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in student counselling or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus
- Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
