Job Role Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing industrial process chillers. The role involves handling maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, responding to customer queries, and ensuring timely technical support. The technician should be willing to travel for customer site visits and undergo company training.
Key Skills:
- Pressure testing, vacuuming, and gas (refrigerant) charging
- Troubleshooting with basic electrical knowledge
- Brazing, machine servicing, and cleaning
- Customer handling and communication skills
- Experience in maintaining refrigeration units and process chillers (water/air/glycol/soda)
