Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll management and statutory compliance
 - Employee attendance and records management
 - Administration and office management
 - Employee engagement and grievance handling
 - Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
 - Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance
 - Willingness to relocate to company-allotted location
 
Salary and Other Details
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
 - Benefits: Accommodation and food provided as per requirement
