We are actively seeking Freshers or Experienced Field Service Engineers to join our dynamic service team in Trivandrum. If you're passionate about technology and enjoy working hands-on with office automation and digital solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and technical support of printers, copiers, and digital office equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues at customer sites
- Managing field service schedules independently
- Providing excellent customer service and technical guidance
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of printers, copiers, and IT hardware
- Understanding of networking and system connectivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally for service calls
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior field service experience is a plus
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred
