Jayalakshmi Silks is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store HR professional to join our team at the Palarivattam store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leave & attendance management
•  ESI, PF & statutory compliance
• Recruitment & onboarding of store-level staff
• Payroll processing support
• Handling employee concerns and coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in payroll, ESI/PF, and HR documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Female Staff are preferred
