About Bhumi Fellowship
Two-year full-time programme to launch your career in the social sector.
- Age: 20 - 30 Years
- Qualification: Any Stream
- Alignment - Teaching, EdTech, Systemic Transformation (working with the government)
- Stipend: Rs. 25,500 per month (Including all allowances)
- Place: Chennai, Coimbatore and Trichy
- Additional: Experience in organising events, leading clubs, managing teams or student unions would be an advantage
What will you do?
- Training on the job
- Hands-on experience
- Teach Maths and English for Children of Grade 2 - 5
- Work closely with Govt. Teachers, School Leaders/HMs
- Engage directly with Parents to Strengthen their relationship with the school
- In-depth understanding of how the education ecosystem works
Post Fellowship
- Get placed with organisations that require transformational grassroot experience
- Prospects with organisations in education, children’s wellbeing, technology or systemic transformation such as policymaking, government partnerships, and corporate social responsibility
- In positions such Programme Associate and Programme Manager
- Pursue higher education in areas like Policy making and Education
