Job Title: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Experience: 1–2 years (Tally Billing)
Location: Ernakulam
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day billing operations in Tally ERP.
2. Record journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
3. Perform data entry and update accounting records on a timely basis.
4. Assist in accounts payable/receivable tracking and reconciliations.
5. Support the Accounts Manager in preparing reports and financial documents.
6. Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and related documents.
7. Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team for invoice preparation and billing accuracy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce/Accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing and accounting (preferably in Tally ERP).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good data entry and MS Office (Excel/Word) skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Ability to work under supervision and complete tasks on time.
