Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for India operations
- Coordinate with the HR Head (UAE) for manpower planning and approvals.
- Monitor daily employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct employee orientation and maintain onboarding documentation.
- Serve as the HR liaison between departments in India and the HR Head in UAE.
- Ensure HR records are up to date and aligned with statutory requirements.
- Provide periodic HR reports (recruitment status, attendance summary, attrition, etc.) tothe HR Head – UAE.
- Track leave requests, approvals, and ensure compliance with company policy.
